Avocado Vegan Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients

big Avocados
ripened
1/2
cup
agave nectar
1/2
cup
Hershey’s chocolate syrup (or you can melt semi sweet chocolate chips
but this is easier!)
1/4
tsp
salt
1/3
cup
almond milk
a dash of vanilla extract
organic strawberries
Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients except for the strawberries in a food processor until smooth
Spoon into ramekins or serving bowls
Chill for a few hours (or overnight) in refrigerator
Garnish with strawberries
Enjoy.
