Avocado Vegan Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients
  • 2 big Avocadosripened
  • 1/2cup agave nectar
  • 1/2cup Hershey’s chocolate syrup  (or you can melt semi sweet chocolate chipsbut this is easier!)
  • 1/4tsp salt
  • 1/3cup almond milk
  • a dash of vanilla extract
  • organic strawberries
Instructions
  1. Combine all of the ingredients except for the strawberries in a food processor until smooth
  2. Spoon into ramekins or serving bowls
  3. Chill for a few hours (or overnight) in refrigerator
  4. Garnish with strawberries
  5. Enjoy.
