Instructions
Preheat the oven to 385 degrees
Slice the ciabatta buns lengthwise
Toast on oven rack for 5-8 minutes until it reaches the desired crispy-ness
Chop the garlic and tomatoes
To create the spread, combine garlic, tomatoes, olive oil, and goat cheese in food processor and pulse until well combined
Transfer spread mixture to bowl and combine with basil
Using a knife or a spoon, place spread on ciabatta buns
Place lettuce on sandwich
