Ingredients
  • 1 ciabatta bunsliced
  • 10grams baby lettuce
  • 3 grams garlicpeeled and loosely chopped
  • 80 grams mini tomatoeschopped
  • 1TBSP extra virgin olive oil
  • 5grams goat cheese
  • 1pinch sea salt
  • 1pinch basildried or fresh; chopped
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 2 kalamata olives
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 385 degrees
  2. Slice the ciabatta buns lengthwise
  3. Toast on oven rack for 5-8 minutes until it reaches the desired crispy-ness
  4. Chop the garlic and tomatoes
  5. To create the spread, combine garlic, tomatoes, olive oil, and goat cheese in food processor and pulse until well combined
  6. Transfer spread mixture to bowl and combine with basil
  7. Using a knife or a spoon, place spread on ciabatta buns
  8. Place lettuce on sandwich
  9. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste
  10. Add kalamata olives for garnish
