Ingredients
- Penne Pasta
- 2 TBSP lightly chopped capers
- in A handful or two of Olives choppedhalf
- in A box of cherry tomatoes also choppedhalf
- 6 Cloves of Garlic sliced thinly, !
- A handful of Basil chopped roughly
- 1 TBSP of Olive Oil
- 1 tsp anchovy paste (this could easily be left out if you are grossed out by it but it’s delicious)
- salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Prepare the penne as directed on the box
- heat oil and garlic in skillet on medium heat, until garlic turns golden brown
- add tomatoes, olives, capers, anchovy paste and simmer until the tomatoes break down into a sauce, stirring occasionally
- Toss with drained penne,
- Toss in basil leaves and salt & pepper to taste
