I have an insatiable sweet tooth, so it is often difficult for me to go a day without some kind of treat. I’ve been trying to avoid foods that have added sugars and high fructose corn syrup lately because they are terrible for you, so this recipe was a nice little cool treat!
Honey sweetens the greek yogurt just enough to compliment the juicy sweetness of the watermelon. Local honey is also a great thing to eat to help if you have seasonal allergies!
The optional Tajin (which is a chili blend spice) adds a nice little bit of kick to this treat that is great for summer heat.
